Buenos días a todos!

Feliz dia del padre y a todos los Joses :) Ya estoy de vuelta en Valencia para pasar el día con mi familia y aprovechando  el último día de fallas. Hoy he querido compartir con todos vosotros mi primer vlog de mis tres días en Valencia. He dividido los videos según los días asi que el segundo día lo veréis el domingo!! Happy Father's day :) I'm back in Valencia to spend the day with my family and taking advantage of the last day of fallas. Today I wanted to share with you my first vlog of my three days in Valencia. Yo sigo en Portugal y hoy nos vamos a visitar Sintra y Cascais. Ayer estuvimos viendo Lisboa y Belém. Estuvimos recorriendo toda la ciudad y me compré una cosita que pronto veréis en mi instagram :)

TRAINING WITH PILATES

Fin de las vacaciones de navidad y vuelta a la rutina. Toca cuidarse y bajar esos kilos que hemos cogido de más jajajajaj

Hoy os traigo un nuevo video de mi canal de youtube. Esta vez sobre mis ejercicios de pilates que hago en casa cuando no voy a clase. Son fáciles de hacer y muy efectivos. Os invito a que lo veáis y me digais qué os parece. ¿Qué tipo de ejercicio hacéis vosotros? ¿Habéis probado el pilates?

End of the Christmas holidays and return to routine. Now we have to lose those kilos that we caught jajajajaj
